We have acquired for our offer a SATOS cottage by Albin Splinter at a bargain price.

A used cottage in perfect condition. The cottage can be used seasonally or year-round.

The offer does not include the trailer. A trailer can be purchased at an additional cost.

The chalet can be erected on suitably prepared ground without a trailer.

Exterior

The house is clad in pine board, painted in anthracite with Tikkurila waterproofing paint. The window and door joinery on the exterior is also in anthracite. Trapezoidal sheet metal roof.

Inside

Bright, well-lit interior. The combination of white and natural wood colour makes the house feel cosy and very welcoming. The wooden elements, walls and countertops have been impregnated.

Living area

The space to the right of the entrance will serve as a place to spend time during the day, eat meals comfortably, to easily turn into a comfortable place to sleep in the evening, thanks to specially designed mattresses and a folding table. The boxes provide additional storage space, such as for bedding.

Kitchenette

The well-thought-out kitchen area will allow you to prepare meals comfortably. A large number of cupboards will accommodate all the necessary utensils, dishes and kitchen accessories, and the extended worktop will provide the necessary work space.

Bathroom

The small area contains a glass shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin with mirror, countertop, electric boiler neatly ‘hidden’ next to a capacious cabinet.

Mezzanine floors

Two mezzanine floors of over 4m2 each provide plenty of extra space for sleeping or storage. Each comfortably accommodates a 120cm wide mattress, leaving convenient access to cupboards. One of the mezzanine floors is accessed by stairs, the other by equally flat steps, under which a cupboard has been placed, for example for storing shoes.

Transport

Transport costs are calculated individually, the house can be delivered to any address within Germany. It is possible to purchase a dedicated trailer at a price of € 5200, but this is not obligatory.
