The structure is based on a timber frame with full-year insulation, ensuring comfort regardless of the season. Large, energy-efficient glazing not only provides excellent natural light but also gives the interior a modern look and visually enlarges the space.

The layout has been designed in a practical way – the living area with a kitchenette forms the central part of the house, while the lofts serve as comfortable sleeping areas. The entire interior has been finished with attention to detail, using high-quality built-in furniture.

The house is fully equipped and ready for immediate use upon delivery. It works perfectly as a year-round mobile home, a holiday house, or an investment property for rental.
