The LINEAR model is a fully functional Tiny House built on an approved trailer, ready for transport and use. The structure is made of C24-grade wood, and the entire building is solidly insulated – walls and roof are filled with 10 cm mineral wool (λ 0.031), while the floor is constructed with 8 cm PIR sandwich panels. Additionally, wind and vapor barriers have been installed, ensuring year-round comfort.
The facade combines natural 2 cm thick spruce boards with standing seam metal sheets, giving the building a modern yet warm character. Outside, there are two electrical outlets and four lighting points.
The interior is finished with 1.2 cm thick spruce boards, creating a cozy, natural space. The house features two sleeping lofts with a total area of 7 m². Thermal comfort is provided by underfloor heating throughout the space (kitchen, living room, bathroom) using heating mats controlled via Wi-Fi from a phone. Additionally, a 2.7 kW air conditioning unit with heating function has been installed, also remotely controllable.
The kitchen is equipped with a complete set of kitchen furniture, a fridge with freezer, oven, two-burner induction cooktop, hood, and single-basin sink. Everything is complemented by LED lighting.
The bathroom offers a 70 × 100 cm shower cabin with FIBO finish, a wall-mounted GEBERIT toilet, a sink with cabinet, LED mirror, and a mechanical ventilation system. Hot water is provided by a 30-liter electric water heater. Walls are finished with waterproof panels, and lighting is in LED technology.
The installations include the PEX water system, 230 V electrical installation, and 110/40 sewage installation.
