We present the Tiny House Loft from Modern Wood Tiny House.

The Loft model is one of those Tiny Houses that gives the impression of more space than the square footage suggests from the very first step inside. On a length of 6.6 m, a functional, bright, and very comfortable home for year-round use has been created.
The house is built on an approved trailer, making it easy to transport to any desired location. The structure is made of C24 wood and solid insulation (mineral wool and PIR panels) ensures that the interior maintains a comfortable temperature in both winter and summer.
Inside, there is a living room with space for a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower cabin. The loft features a sleeping area of approximately 7 m², accessed via comfortable stairs with built-in storage and an LED-lit handrail.
Natural materials, spruce walls, a solid wood countertop, and large windows create a cozy, bright interior. This Tiny House is suitable as a year-round home, vacation base, or rental investment.
