Zaplin is a spacious model with two mezzanine floors that exudes elegance in every detail. The unique character of the interior is emphasised by the handcrafted furniture. This small house can comfortably accommodate six people and is sold with or without a trailer.

A trailer is not necessary - the house is self-contained.

C24 spruce sections were used as beams.

The steel frame under the cabin is welded and galvanised. The facade is made of spruce wood from the Swedish company Södra. The wood is burnt, brushed and impregnated with Tikkurila products. The walls are made of spruce wood from Södra. The wood is impregnated with Tikkurila products.

The ceiling is made of Södra spruce, the wood is brushed and impregnated with Tikkurila products.

The house is very well insulated and high quality materials have been used in its construction.

The entire house weighs only 2,800 kg and can be mounted on a trailer and transported by car without a crane.

The house with the trailer weighs only 3490 kg.

The house is a separate product from the trailer and can therefore be legally transported as cargo.
